Q: How is this different from a business or practice growth coach?

A: Practice coaches help you build the business through systems, operations, and structure. I focus on building you as the leader. My work is in who you are when you walk into your practice, the way you communicate, the way you handle conflict, and the way you make your team feel. Our work together is mainly directed on building your inner personal skills.

Q: What if I already work with a business coach or consultant?

A: Even better! Most of my best clients work with an operations or business coach in parallel. They handle the systems while I handle the human side of leadership.

Q: Is executive coaching similar to therapy?

A: No. Therapy looks backward to heal. Executive coaching empowers us to move forward and grow. We work on the leader you’re becoming and identify specific and relevant actions you can take right away.
